Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success programs, Digital Customer Success, or lifecycle marketing
- Understanding of common Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Loom use cases
- Experience in cross-functional alignment across product, sales, support, and marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, and webinar platforms
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data for measurable program outcomes
