A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
- Support members with their insurance needs and inquiries
- Provide 24/7 Triage Support and prioritize health advice requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office, PBX/911 Operator, or similar
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
