Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Associate with a Project Coordination focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Client Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring platform adoption
- Assist with client onboarding, API/data integrations, and custom dashboards
- Support the Sr. Program/Project Manager in developing and monitoring project plans and schedules
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, client success, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems and project management tools (e.g., Intercom, JIRA, Monday.com)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
- Strong Excel/CSV skills
