Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, coach, and lead Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in accordance with service processes and procedures
- Assist in managing the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and coaching CSRs
- Monitor call queues and service levels, handle escalated calls, and provide performance reports to management
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Customer Service supervisory experience preferred
- College degree is preferred
- 3 years of Insurance experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts
- Experience with IVR and CCaaS management skills
