Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, coach, and lead Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in accordance with service processes and procedures
  • Assist in managing the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and coaching CSRs
  • Monitor call queues and service levels, handle escalated calls, and provide performance reports to management


Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of Customer Service supervisory experience preferred
  • College degree is preferred
  • 3 years of Insurance experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts
  • Experience with IVR and CCaaS management skills
