- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to address scheduling gaps and ensure patient care delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
- Preferred experience in call center or scheduling roles
- Preferred understanding of patient communication protocols and service recovery
- Preferred experience in a value-based healthcare setting focused on quality and patient outcomes
