Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Customer Success team to maximize customer lifetime value through retention and advocacy
- Develop proactive outreach programs to enhance customer adoption and optimize implementations
- Utilize customer feedback and data analysis to drive operational excellence and improve customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of management experience, particularly in SaaS software
- Experience managing technical customer-facing teams of over 20 members
- Strong project management skills and a people-oriented leadership style
- Fluency in English and basic computer proficiency, including Excel
