Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Member Advocate (Retiree Benefits) to support clients with retiree benefit enrollment through remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding retiree inquiries and requests
- Assist with enrollment related to retiree programs and ensure compliance in all processing areas
- Document call details accurately and take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with retirement plans and retiree benefits is required
- Experience with benefit plan policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to retirees
- Knowledge of processes retirees experience with company benefits, including COBRA and Medicare
- Comfort level with technology and ability to diagnose technology issues
- Exceptional phone etiquette and strong people skills
