Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze the User Experience of Key Clients
- Identify risks of client loss and suggest retention methods
- Enhance the Customer Journey and cooperate with other departments to achieve goals
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Spanish is a plus
- Experience in the international sphere, preferably with clients
- Higher education or incomplete higher education
- Proficiency in computer applications (Internet, G-Suite, MS Office)
- Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations and adapt to changing circumstances
