Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Customer Journey and cooperate with other departments to achieve goals
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in the international sphere, preferably with clients
  • Higher education or incomplete higher education
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Internet, G-Suite, MS Office)
  • Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations and adapt to changing circumstances
