A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries and following up on complicated interactions
  • Recording details of customer interactions and identifying priority issues to escalate to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation and typing (30+ words per minute)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
