Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation and typing (30+ words per minute)
