A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and process requests for account-based employee benefit plans
- Handle inquiries from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators via phone, email, or chat
- Ensure compliance with plan provisions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; further education or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel applications
- Completion of a video interview assessment is required
- Computer proficiency is mandatory
