Key Responsibilities
- Own Intercom administration, including user management, automation, and integrations
- Collaborate with CSX teams to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through Intercom
- Support Salesforce-related projects and maintain data integrity across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering Intercom or similar customer engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of Intercom configuration tools and automation best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a strong desire to learn Salesforce Administration
- Experience with related SaaS applications such as Outreach or Marketo is a plus
- Detail-oriented and committed to completing tasks effectively
