Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Licensing Training Agent - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Study to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license to sell insurance policies
- Support customer inquiries regarding rates, billing, and policy changes
- Assist with completing and sending documents to customers and managing policy updates or cancellations
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Florida
- No prior insurance licenses (P&C, Adjuster, Health, Life, etc.) allowed
- Must have a laptop, PC, or tablet with webcam and audio capability
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
