Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Pro, you will engage with customers via live video through our partner’s retail platform, assisting them in navigating their in-person shopping experience. Your role is to provide real-time product recommendations, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via live video to provide product recommendations and assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Utilize our technology platform to support customers in their retail shopping experience.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance on camera.
• Adapt to various customer needs and handle inquiries with efficiency and poise.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional on-camera presence.
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
• Agile with technology: Ability to learn and navigate intuitive software with ease
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer on which to perform the role.
• Ability to work at least one full weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) per week.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
