Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialty Pharmacy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on specialty navigation and adherence support
• Oversee the delivery of concierge-level service for members with complex specialty needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve specialty navigation tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD preferred
• 5+ years of managed care experience in specialty pharmacy services
• 1-3+ years of leadership experience managing pharmacy teams
• Pharmacist license in good standing with multistate licensure willingness
• Able to work 40 hours/week with flexible availability
