Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform adjustments and contractual write-offs as applicable
  • Resolve customer service inquiries related to billing, payment issues, and authorization for treatment
  • Collect self-pay balances by contacting patients and arranging payment plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Knowledge of government/non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices
  • Certification as a Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) is preferred
