Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform adjustments and contractual write-offs as applicable
- Resolve customer service inquiries related to billing, payment issues, and authorization for treatment
- Collect self-pay balances by contacting patients and arranging payment plans
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Knowledge of government/non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices
- Certification as a Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) is preferred
