Prior Authorization Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Supervisor - Specialty Testing (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to optimize workflow
• Audit employee work for accuracy and provide coaching for performance improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance claims and medical benefits preferred
