Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Senior Claim Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned claims, ensuring adherence to the ecovery Return to Wellness philosophy
• Investigate claims to assess coverage, determine injury extent, and establish case reserves
• Prepare claim status reports and manage Return to Wellness initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years' experience in workers' compensation claims management, or twelve years of relevant experience without a degree
• Comprehensive knowledge of state laws and experience with serious and complex claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting information and making claims decisions
• Excellent organization and time management skills
