Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of information
  • Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations for patient equipment
  • Educate patients on financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
  • Experience with Medicare certified tasks is preferred
  • Proficient in using online EMR systems and Microsoft Office
