A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional voice support for clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
- Resolve client inquiries and document discussions clearly while guiding clients towards their financial goals
- Assist clients facing legal action from creditors and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service or relationship-based support experience required
- Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred
- Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
