Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead in customer success engagements to ensure operational value and ROI
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute customer success plans aligning technical adoption with business goals
- Deliver advanced product enablement through training, workshops, and best practice guidance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, Fire Science, or related field
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant)
- Expertise with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS) and data-driven decision support
- Proven ability to drive post-sales value realization in enterprise accounts
- Experience in supporting critical infrastructure or wildfire risk management is highly desirable
