A company is looking for a Care Connector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of integrated care management and utilization management programs
- Process calls from members, providers, and other areas in a contact center environment
- Provide educational materials and implement strategies to enhance healthcare adherence and reduce barriers to care
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a healthcare environment required
- Minimum of one (1) year of telephonic customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare
- Strongly prefer Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or similar healthcare para-professional training or certification
- Managed care experience preferred
