A company is looking for a Manager Payroll Tax Platform Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute communication plans for support operations and coordinate with various teams for aligned service delivery
- Manage incident triage processes and oversee customer ticket support operations to ensure timely resolution of platform issues
- Implement AI tools and automation to enhance support efficiency and improve incident detection and resolution capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of technical support experience, preferably in payroll, tax, or financial services environments
- 5+ years of application support experience, including job monitoring and incident triage
- 3+ years of management or team leadership experience with a focus on staff development
- Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
