A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
  • Assist callers with their questions and document all actions in proprietary software
  • Engage in performance reviews and coaching sessions with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of hospital patient account billing and third-party reimbursements is a plus
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods
  • Ability to work effectively in a call center environment
