A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Assist callers with their questions and document all actions in proprietary software
- Engage in performance reviews and coaching sessions with leadership
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of hospital patient account billing and third-party reimbursements is a plus
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a call center environment
