Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its Life Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from life insurance customers, addressing inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of general client service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work from home in a conducive environment for phone communication
  • Must have internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
