- Establish trusted advisor relationships and drive continued value of products and services
- Manage annual renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success
- Domain knowledge in cybersecurity services and testing practices
- Experience partnering with security-focused personas such as CISOs and Security Engineers
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Prior experience managing renewals and interacting with C-level executives
