- Assist with student receivable accounts and provide customer support regarding billing and payment inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a university or customer service environment
- Working knowledge of practices and regulations concerning Student Accounts
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
