Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 100 Contact Center Agents and 5 Senior Agents
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training reinforcement to enhance customer service
- Collaborate with clients and peers to ensure operational excellence and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a contact center supervisor
- At least 4 years of call center experience
- Must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results
