A company is looking for a Contact Center Manager with Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of 100 Contact Center Agents and 5 Senior Agents
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training reinforcement to enhance customer service
  • Collaborate with clients and peers to ensure operational excellence and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a contact center supervisor
  • At least 4 years of call center experience
  • Must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive results
