Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver value for members at various stages of their careers
- Launch and curate dynamic programming and create practical resources for members
- Serve as a public voice for the community and manage partnerships to enhance reach and impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in Change and Transformation with a proven ability to establish communities of practice
- Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
- Strong public presence and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in relationship building and advocacy within diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficient in leveraging digital platforms and analytics tools for community engagement
