Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a public voice for the community and manage partnerships to enhance reach and impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Change and Transformation with a proven ability to establish communities of practice
• Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
• Strong public presence and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in relationship building and advocacy within diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficient in leveraging digital platforms and analytics tools for community engagement
