A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II, Government Accounts (USA remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves customer requests via email and phone, including order processing and inquiries
- Answers product or service inquiries and facilitates communication for technical assistance
- Collaborates with other departments and suppliers to find solutions for customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School education required; college degree preferred
- Currently holds a Customer Service position or possesses equivalent experience
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and planning skills for a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
