Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to assist students throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for new student enrollment and offer information on programs and funding options
  • Monitor student accounts and analyze data to identify and address academic and financial obstacles
  • Advocate for students by connecting them with resources and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Some college coursework required
  • A minimum of 1-year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet access
  • Eligible to access and maintain the NSLDS system without being in default of Title IV Federal aid
