Job Summary

A company is looking for a MinuteClinic Virtual Care PRN Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
• Evaluate and counsel patients on primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care, including health education
• Document patient care in an electronic health record and coordinate care with internal and external colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license in one or more specified states
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent
• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with professional colleagues
• Proficiency in information management and technology
