A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding journey for new accounting firm partners, ensuring smooth adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with firm leaders to drive client expansion
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on increasing onboarding, product usage, and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth or expansion targets
  • Bonus: experience in the accounting software or payments ecosystem
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a natural curiosity to understand customer needs
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada
