Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding journey for new accounting firm partners, ensuring smooth adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with firm leaders to drive client expansion
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on increasing onboarding, product usage, and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth or expansion targets
- Bonus: experience in the accounting software or payments ecosystem
- Strong relationship-building skills and a natural curiosity to understand customer needs
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada
