Key Responsibilities
- Enters new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data processing system
- Provides support for pharmacist callbacks and patient quality assurance
- Processes reorders and handles specialized programs related to patient care
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Active technician license or certification must be obtained within 90 days
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or call center settings
- Experience in customer service meeting quality standards
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite
