Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Front End Pharmacy Technician, Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Enters new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data processing system
• Provides support for pharmacist callbacks and patient quality assurance
• Processes reorders and handles specialized programs related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Active technician license or certification must be obtained within 90 days
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or call center settings
• Experience in customer service meeting quality standards
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite
