Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and above
• Utilize evidence-based care and tools for assessment and treatment planning
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with a clinical care team

Required Qualifications

• Current, active California license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Willingness to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states as needed
• Proven skills in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with evidence-based methodologies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy
