Medicare Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Medicare Member Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct outreach to new Medicare members to assist with their plans and benefits
• Serve as a navigator during the onboarding process, addressing member questions and needs
• Log all contacts in a database and participate in member engagement work groups

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, or healthcare systems
• Experience conducting intake, interviews, or research of consumer or provider issues
• Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
