Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge - Call Center to enhance the coordination of members and providers for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
- Schedules member appointments and manages pre-visit information, including payment collection
- Assists with administrative duties related to the recruitment process of Virtual Physical Therapists
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
- 3 years general office experience including administrative support and project management
- Computer proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
