Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Auto Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing professional and timely service
• Assists customers with policy support, billing inquiries, new business quoting, and underwriting clarification
• Maintains compliance with regulations and participates in coaching and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active property & casualty insurance agent/producer license is required
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals and billing processes
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools effectively
