About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding guest service to a wide range of guests.
• Answer general questions regarding various topics related to Walt Disney World Resort.
• Support guests with inquiries about Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.
• Handle conflict resolution and make quick decisions as needed.
Requirements
• Proficiency with a Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the operation.
• Maintain confidentiality with critical information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for three weeks of full training.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with Walt Disney World Resort and its offerings.
