Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the reporting and resolution of all customer and regulator complaints
- Conduct analysis of complaints to identify enhancements and reduce future occurrences
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on complaints and audit requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in financial services
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Experience in educating colleagues on processes and compliance
- Internal candidates must have current manager or department lead's endorsement
