Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and manage customer relationships post-implementation
- Coordinate and execute customer-specific requirements and configurations for optimal CPX performance
- Act as the primary liaison for production issues and manage customer support requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the customer service field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite applications
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain organization
