Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
  • Educate and guide members on their health plans and resources
  • Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
  • Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
  • Willingness to work Monday - Friday during specified hours
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
