A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Educate and guide members on their health plans and resources
- Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday during specified hours
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
