A company is looking for a Weekend Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support during weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions within Service Level Agreements using analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Monitor, progress, and resolve incidents while ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates and communication
- Develop and maintain strong technical expertise on all company products and related devices/platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Knowledge of SQL for writing, interpreting, and troubleshooting queries
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- University, Cegep, or technical degree related to information systems or supply chain is a plus
