Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative with MD, VA & DC jurisdictional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigations and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of MD, VA & DC jurisdictional regulations
• Licensing not required
