Key Responsibilities
- Gather claim data and manage low to mid-level workers' compensation claims
- Verify return to work documentation and manage claims in collaboration with the Claims Management Team
- Document communications and respond to inquiries within one business day
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of BWC Mandatory and Expected EDI Transmission elements
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
