Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, approve, and authorize payment for repair recommendations on warranty claims
• Collaborate with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed
• Utilize knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs to support customer service efforts

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
• Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
• Automotive experience is essential
• Passion for achieving goals and working in a team environment
