  • Maintain high-performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual and professional Spanish proficiency
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proven history of meeting attendance and performance expectations
  • Bonus: fluency in Portuguese in addition to Spanish
