Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Spanish pros and customers to provide tailored solutions
- Handle 30-40 consultations daily via phone, SMS, or chat to assist users
- Maintain high-performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual and professional Spanish proficiency
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proven history of meeting attendance and performance expectations
- Bonus: fluency in Portuguese in addition to Spanish
