Key Responsibilities

- Monitor client setup progress to ensure SLA expectations are met
- Set up and maintain client accounts in internal systems and collaborate with teams for accurate information setup
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with health insurance products and group benefit structures
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
