Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Setup Lead to oversee client onboarding and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of client setup specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Monitor client setup progress to ensure SLA expectations are met
• Set up and maintain client accounts in internal systems and collaborate with teams for accurate information setup

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with health insurance products and group benefit structures
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
