Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Associate (Remote - CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for new client referrals and guide families through the intake process
- Identify key information for potential clients and collaborate with clinical directors and authorizations coordinators to determine eligibility for services
- Obtain insurance benefit information and assist families in understanding their plan details
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years prior administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed
- Spanish bilingual highly preferred
