Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email
- Research customer requests and accurately document interactions
- Manage cases from initiation to resolution while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience
- Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access
- Ability to work in a secluded and distraction-free environment
