Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Coordinate customized mailings and assist the scanning/shipping team as needed
- Schedule closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys
Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service focus
